Jerry & Wayne are exceptional movers. The day we were moving started with rain and ended with it snowing. They covered and wrapped all furniture to ensure there would not be any damage to the furniture. As they exited one home and entered the new home there was very much care in not banging against the walls and going around corners and tight spaces. Courteous and friendly. My husband and I greatly appreciated their skill in doing things correctly. We highly recommend them and OVERALL MOVING.

Overall helped my older parents, my sister and I move 3.5 hours to a new home. We had a lot of stuff, unfortunately, but they loaded up that truck like Tetris pros! There was still some disorganization and chaos on our end the day they picked up, but they didn't bat an eye and helped make sure it all got done.Unloading at the new house the next day went well, everything arrived in good shape, including my 3ft L x 3ft tall glass reptile enclosure.Jerry, Dillon, and Dave did an awesome job and were super professional and helpful the whole time. We appreciate them so much! ❤️

I cant say enough about what a great job Overall Moving did for us. We bought a Tempur-Pedic Mattress from a large, local store. When the stores delivery people came, they said they couldn't get the mattress upstairs even though we already had a King Size Tempur-Pedic on the 2nd floor that we were replacing. They told us to downsize and get a smaller mattress. That wouldn't work for us so we told them to leave the one they brought and we'd find someone who could do the job for us. We took it upon ourselves to contact movers. Overall said they could do this job no problem after we explained the issue! We had a fantastic crew in David L, David C, Sean and Chris. They assessed our issue and had the old mattress out and the new one upstairs in less than 30 minutes. The guys were all polite, friendly, organized and did an all around great job. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their assistance!

They did everything I ask. The price was reasonable. The youngest guy talked ALot! When he talked he stopped working. Some of his language was inappropriate. The oldest guy...I think his name was David kept saying " filters". When removing boxes from the truck the youngest guy who kept talking about Netflix programs came off the ramp with the dolly really hard. I told him these boxes have glass items in them. He replied " it's okay". Several broken items in these boxes. The dolly would hit the ground hard when he came off the ramp. The bow leg guy....sorry I don't know his name was very helpful in moving stacked boxes so I could reach them. Some of our items were large and heavy. David....I believe that was his name. The guy incharge....would tell him slow up take it slow. Bow leg guy would say " live a little"....I didn't want my stuff broken or walls banged up. He just seemed to be a bit reckless. Things got broken. Grant it they didn't pack it but they could have been a bit more careful. I've moved a lot and have never had this much broken. They took forever but they talked a lot and when they talked they stopped working. We used Muscle Movers when we moved to Prescott. They were fast, efficient, didn't break anything and cost me a 1000.00 dollars more. My point is...overall moving was a 1000.00 cheaper...yes, they moved everything and what was broken can be replaced. They were not very efficient. Time management is not their strong suit. Go a bit slower coming off the ramp with boxed breakable items. Boxes were labeled very fragile...glass items inside. Nice guys...just very slow....poor time management....and language not professional at times....language was the younger guy mainly. Hope this helps the next customer.....good and bad with the movers and the move.
