While no company is immune from occasional disagreements, the overwhelming majority of our customers describe respectful interactions, transparent communication, careful handling of their belongings, and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing. We respect every customer's right to share their experience, just as we have the right and responsibility to respond with facts when we believe the public record is incomplete or inaccurate. At this point, we believe readers have been provided with sufficient information to reach their own conclusions. As a small, locally owned and family-operated business, our time and energy are best spent serving the customers who place their trust in us each day.
